DO-MAINT
It is important for the Ministry of Defense that the equipment is deployable, therefore maintenance is required and to check whether equipment needs maintenance inspections are carried out. This so-called ‘pink list’ has been digitized by means of the DO-MAINT project.
How are we looking back on this project?
This was a great project to have worked on, to gain experience in an Enterprise environment where many (sometimes political) issues are involved than just developing an application. Getting the entire armed forces to adapt to such a process is quite a task, which we succeeded in doing by realizing a well-functioning app. This was done in a SCRUM team of 5 people.

What was needed?
The need has arisen due to the many delays that have arisen in the maintenance process of equipment. In order to improve this, the DO-MAINT project was established to inspect vehicles more quickly and to provide the rest of the organization with (complete and correct) information in a timely manner so that they can respond adequately to changes.
How did we achieve this?
Unfortunately, not much can be shared about this, due to the high level of security. In any case, it has been ensured that an inspection process is digitized through a platform.
